Tamper Resistant Foam Lid Liner for Bottle Caps, 150 Pack

The pressure-sensitive seal made of polystyrene foam material effectively keeps dust, moisture, and dirt from entering the jar, preventing leaks and odors in the bottle to maintain the freshness of dry or powder products at all times. Additionally, it can securely protect your products from tampering.

These liner seals do not require any induction sealers or heat shrink bands, and no tools or heat gun are needed. The foam seal peels off the container easily when you need to open it.

To use the product, follow these simple steps: 1. Ensure the cap where the seal needs to be attached is clean, with no water spots or oily residues. 2. Place the lettering side of the seal into the cap and apply light pressure to attach it firmly. 3. Screw the lid on as tightly as possible. The seal is activated by the pressure of the lid and will adhere within 12-24 hours (without strong stickiness).

The foam lid liners are coated with a torque-activated coating, allowing them to adhere to glass, plastic, and metal jars, as well as round containers with metal or plastic lids and closures, after tightening the lid.

Please note the following: 1. Once the seal is removed, the tightness will be affected when reused. 2. These pressure-sensitive liners are best suited for powder or dry products, and are not recommended for applications containing oil. Avoid overfilling the container. 3. It is advised to wait enough time before removing the cover after installation. 4. These polystyrene (PS) foams are not suitable for use at high temperatures.
