The SharkBite Max plumbing fittings eliminate flow restriction when used on Copper/CPVC, as no PEX pipe tube liner is required. The ball valve connector features a reinforced stainless steel collar which locks in the cartridge and provides additional strength for a 50 percent reduction in insertion force, ensuring a strong and durable connection.

Crafted from high-quality forged DZR brass with reinforced stainless steel, the shutoff valves are lead-free, meeting the same standards for commercial and residential plumbing applications. The water valve coupling is certified to be rated to 200 degrees F and 250 PSI, with a 2K maximum burst, providing reliable performance in a variety of plumbing and home improvement projects.
