Do your whole fish come cleaned and gutted? Yes, we clean and gut our whole fish, with the exception of smaller fish, such as sardines or anchovies, as these are too small to undergo this process.

Does your lobster come cooked? Yes, our lobster meat is cooked to perfection before we pick, pack, and ship your order, all in the same day!

Do your meat products ship fresh or frozen? Our meat products are shipped frozen to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
